Our team is a work-family, and it functions just like every other family does. We divide up duties and responsibilities among team members We each specialize in the tasks that we enjoy and are best suited to perform. This way we can provide you with the best service possible.

Our Agents

Ross Cummins is our CEO and Lead Agent. Ross’s role as the Lead Agent is to find solutions and foster relationships so that we can guarantee a partnership that always puts our clients first. Ross wants to ensure a smooth transaction with the highest results possible for each and every client. He lives by the rule that “people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”

Our Buyer’s Agents specifically work with our buyers from the first showing to keys at closing. The buyer’s agents are always excited to be able to make a somewhat stressful situation, like buying a new home, as simple and enjoyable as possible by being available to answer all your questions and assisting in any way possible.

Our Operations Team

Sarah Duncan is our Operations Manager and coordinates every listing and escrow from accepted offer to the closing and after. She will be your point of contact for any questions, needs, and concerns you may have from the time you have a signed contract until you are at the closing table.

Buyer's Agent Job Description

  • Work closely to fulfill any needs of buyer clients

  • Follow our systems and process to maximize the client experience

  • Coordinate and attend showing appointments

  • Write and negotiate offers

  • Lead generating

  • Ensure clients get necessary documents signed and completed

  • Attend inspections / write inspection repair requests

  • Attend final walkthroughs with clients

  • Prepare and attend closings

  • Troubleshoot and find solutions to any issues that may arise with the clients and the purchasing process

  • Track and manage your annual goals

  • Complete and submit closing documents

  • Attend and participate in daily check-ins

  • Attend weekly/quarterly/annual team meetings

  • Attend coaching provided by the lead agent

  • Maintain an organized database of new, current, and past clients
